Please read this before you pay. HITFAT+ is operated by Seth Hitfat Ventures (SSM 201703222681).
All payments for HITFAT+ memberships, HITFAT+ Coach memberships and T42 challenge places are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for any unused time or sessions.
A membership is one payment for a fixed period of 6 or 12 months. It does not renew by itself and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew. We remind you in the app before it ends.
If your payment cleared but your membership or T42 place did not unlock, contact us with the email on your account and the order number from your payment receipt. We check it with our payment provider and unlock what you paid for.
Most of HITFAT+ can be seen before paying: every program page, its sessions and their length are open to browse, and the calorie target, meal log and progress tracking are free. Please make sure the membership suits you before you buy.
