Ringkasan (Bahasa Melayu)- Kami simpan akaun anda (emel, nama) dan data latihan, makanan, berat dan ukuran yang anda masukkan, supaya ia ada di mana-mana telefon anda log masuk.
- Gambar makanan untuk AI Meal Scan dihantar ke Anthropic (Claude) untuk dianalisis. Kami simpan nama makanan dan kalori sahaja, bukan gambar.
- Kamera mod Mirror diproses dalam telefon anda sahaja. Ia tidak dirakam atau dimuat naik.
- Bayaran diproses oleh Bayarcash. Kami tidak pernah nampak butiran bank atau kad anda.
- Tiada iklan, tiada penjejak analitik, dan kami tidak menjual data anda.
- Anda boleh minta salinan atau padam data anda pada bila-bila masa.
This policy explains what HITFAT+ (app.hitfat.io), operated by Seth Hitfat Ventures (SSM 201703222681) (“HITFAT”, “we”), collects, why, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your account: email address and name, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never seen by us.
- What you enter to train and eat: your goal, level, training days and equipment; age, sex, height and weight for your calorie target; sessions completed; meals logged and meal plans; weight, body-fat and waist measurements. This is stored in your account so it follows you to any device, and kept on your phone so the app works offline.
- AI Meal Scan: when you scan a meal, the photo is sent through our server to Anthropic for analysis. We keep the food name, calories and the month of the scan (to count your monthly scans). We do not keep the photo.
- T42 challenge (if you join): your registration and duo, daily check-ins, workouts, steps, measurements, progress photos and InBody results. Progress photos are stored privately and shown only to you and the HITFAT coaches running your edition. InBody sheets you photograph are read by Anthropic to fill in the numbers. Your display name and score appear on the edition’s leaderboard.
- Payments: the order number, what you bought, the amount, status and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never receive your bank login, card number or e-wallet details.
- Camera (Mirror mode): if you allow it, the camera shows you to yourself during a workout. The picture stays on your phone. It is never recorded, stored or uploaded.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking pixels in the app.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Why we use it
- To run your account and keep your progress across devices.
- To calculate your targets, build your plans and show your progress.
- To process payments and unlock what you bought.
- To run T42 (scoring, leaderboards, coach reviews) if you join.
- To reply when you contact us, and to keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make HITFAT+ work, each for its own part:
- Supabase: account sign-in, database and private file storage.
- Anthropic: analysis of meal photos and InBody sheets.
- Bayarcash: payment processing (FPX and DuitNow).
- Vimeo: streaming of the exercise videos.
- Google: “Continue with Google” sign-in, and the fonts the app uses.
- Netlify: hosting of the app.
Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia. We share only what each needs. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes (normally 7 years).
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or download your data, or ask us to delete your account: contact us below.
- “Reset Progress” in Me clears your training history in the app.
- You can turn the camera off at any time, or never allow it.
Children
HITFAT+ is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
